It is one of the most common of all seaweeds found in the ocean and, is a rich source of beta-carotene, potassium and many other organic compounds that make it a true superfood. Bladderwrack is able to slow macular degeneration, this seaweed is a natural way to improve vision (thank you, beta-carotene). It’s also a powerful anti-inflammatory, making it useful in treating arthritis. It has several other benefits that include:

As a Drink: Take 1 tablespoon in the Morning, Noon, Evening. Mix it in smoothies, juice, soups, spring water or get creative with it the goal is to get in into your body daily.

For a skin soothing bath soak:
Toss about 10 grams of Irish Moss into your bath. Add a couple of drops of your favorite essential oil.

Face Mask: clean and wash your face first then apply a small amount of the sea moss gel to your entire face. Let it sit for 15 minutes or until the face tightens and then rinse with water and apply moisturizer.

Hair: See moss is used to soothe the scalp, condition the hair, enhance shine, and fortify the hair fibers, thereby strengthening your hair.

Hair Mask: Massage 3-4tbsp of sea moss gel into damp hair and wrap with a towel. Rinse after 10 min or keep longer, the hair will re-mineralize and the moss helps to detoxify the scalp.
